LOCAL PICK UP
In-store pickup is available Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us before pickup, please call or email the store to make arrangements.
DELIVERY​
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) by courier. The courier delivery standard is 2-5 days within Melbourne and 5-12 days within Australia (some areas might be delayed by current Covid situation). Please call or email us to get more information about the delivery fees.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, we understand that sometimes you will change your mind after purchase or the products are no longer match what you need. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and your obligations to you.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you a credit or refund provided that:
You return the item/s within 30 days of purchase;
Your product either your original receipt or other adequate proof of purchase;
The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that: the product is in its original packaging, unused, unassembled and with original stickers.

OTHER RETURNS
We will accept product returns and provide you a new one where the product is faulty within 5 years.
